VERTICAL RIBBON MIXER is also known as Vertical Conical Ribbon Mixer or Conical Shape Ribbon Mixer. As the name suggest, this is the Conical Shape Mixer machine which has Vertical Ribbon Type Agitator which is driven by Gear-motor drive from Top.

• Loading: The feed materials are loaded from TOP lid of Vertical Conical Vessel.


• Agitation and Blending: Once the feeding process of material is completed, the vertical the ribbon agitators are set into motion. As the central vertical shaft rotates, it creates the Spiral Helical Ribbon in upwards direction which helps to lift the material from bottom of Conical Tank to upper side. The ribbon agitators move the materials both racially and axially.


• Flow and Mixing: The Conical shape of vessels plays an important role with the combination of upward rotational movement of Spiral Ribbon Agitator, while ribbon lifts the material in to upward direction, the opposite motion of material into downward direction also happens because of the gravitational forces, and hence triple mixing action of convective mixing happens inside the vessel.

• Gravity-Assisted Mixing: The vertical orientation of the cone takes advantage of gravity, enhancing the blending action as materials flow downward and interact with the agitators.


• Gentle Blending: The blending process is relatively gentle, making it suitable for fragile or shear-sensitive materials.


• Uniformity: The continuous movement and interaction of feed material into Conical shape vessel results into very high quality mixing with greater uniformity of final product mix.


• Efficiency: The conical shape and ribbon agitators contribute to efficient blending, even for materials with varying particle sizes.


• 100% Discharge: Complete discharge of the product can be carried out.
