• U Mixing Chamber: This Equipment has U shape mixing chamber the materials are loaded into and mixed with each other. U trough contains the paddle type agitator shaft and provides the space for efficient blending and drying.


• Paddle Agitators: As per the standard paddle blender, paddles are fixed on paddle arm which are attached to a central shaft. Each Paddle while under the shaft rotation moves the materials within the mixing chamber, helping uniform mixing.


• Heating/Cooling Jacket: The Main feature is U shape jacket around outer periphery of mixing chamber and is designed for the circulation of heating or cooling fluids. The jacketed walls provide temperature control for the materials within the mixing chamber.
