What is Continuous Ribbon Mixer?
A Continuous Ribbon Mixer is a type of horizontal type continuous mixing equipment
in which Feed Material is continuously being feed from Feed point and after completion of mixing
inside U trough, the final mixed product can be continuously collected from outlet.
The continuous type ribbon mixer consist of either single helical or double
helical type ribbons rotating in opposite directions to mix the materials. The ribbons are
fabricated and designed as per the characteristics of material to move the material both
horizontally and vertically, ensuring that all the feed ingredients are thoroughly mixed and
continuously discharged from discharge point.
